Flicking with your wrist, flicking with your arm, doing big movements with your arm/shoulder then correcting with your wrist is usually the way to go. We can start out even more simple than that what mouse do you use? So is it possible I'm just naturally bad at aiming? Either way it makes me very sad since I feel it takes a lot of the fun out of gaming. I once "smurfed" (there's no such thing as smurfing for me since I'm too bad) in lower ranks because my main was too high to play with my friend, and I could barely keep up on the scoreboard.
I've never actually met someone who has worse aim/plays worse than me. But at the end of the day, it doesn't matter if I can make a great IGL if I lose 9/10 firefights. A while ago I started thinking that what I can't do aim wise I can make up for by learning great strats, smoke line ups, pop flashes etc. No matter what game I play I'm always on the bottom of the scoreboard feeling like a anchor to the team. I never see any improvement in my aim and I'm starting to think I'm just straight up bad at aiming.Īnd it's not just CS:GO. For a while I would spend 30 minutes or so everyday in Aim Lab but after a month with no improvement I gave up. I have 3000 hours in this game, I warm up everyday with a few FFA deathmatches and some retake matches. Sure, we can all have a bad game, but this is how it's always been for me. So I just finished a game with 14 kills, 0.5 K/D and 44 ARD after 39 rounds, while everyone else in the lobby had at least almost 25 - 40 kills.
